Let me begin by saying that the computer is great. Battery life was fantastic, the screen is great, ran fast and was by far the best netbook Ive got to use / own.

Unfortunately, my first came with a problem that would not have recognized the power cord, unless it is disabled. Then the battery, and then turned on only the battery. Toshiba was puzzled, returned to Amazon (thanks to God for the great policy of Amazon customer service).

WOW! Netbook Fantastic! Bought this, unseen on other reviews. Upgraded to 2 GB of RAM running XP SP3. This thing boots cold in 40 seconds and the battery life is really + 10 hours. Light in weight, even with the 6-cell battery. Cool running with a very strong, bright screen. Is not in direct sunlight, but what?

For those worried about the size keyboard - I have found works well and the touch / click touch typing is almost zero adjustment / learning curve of a full-size keyboard. Plus … The arrow keys, delete key and backspace keys are exactly where they should be. The typo is corrected quickly and effortlessly.
